Description

A flaky, tender tilapia fillet brushed with garlic-infused butter and baked to perfection. This quick and delicious weeknight dinner pairs perfectly with rice or roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Pat fish dry before seasoning for better butter adhesion
