- 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Pat fish dry before seasoning for better butter adhesion
- Don’t overcook – fish should be just opaque in the center
- Can substitute tilapia with other white fish like cod or halibut
