- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables, cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
