Description

A luxurious cheesecake featuring creamy white chocolate and fresh raspberries, with a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

Instructions

  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press into 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in melted white chocolate.
  • Pour half the batter into crust. Drop raspberries and preserves in dollops.
  • Add remaining batter. Swirl with knife.
  • Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 15 minutes until center is almost set.
  • Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours.
