Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for 25 minutes until tender and cooked through.
