- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush baking sheet with olive oil, place salmon skin-side down.
- Spread pesto evenly over each fillet.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use fresh pesto for best results
- Don’t overcook; salmon should be slightly pink in center
