- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing gently to shape into meatloaves.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a cheesy twist, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top of the meatloaves during the last 5 minutes of baking.
