- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster shell and pull the meat out slightly to rest on top of the shell.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
- Broil for 10–12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for added flavor.
