  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster shell and pull the meat out slightly to rest on top of the shell.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
  • Broil for 10–12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges for added flavor.
