  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced flank steak in a bowl with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Push broccoli to one side; add marinated beef strips to the pan and cook until browned on one side (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook through.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour into the pan, mixing everything until evenly coated. Cook for another 2 minutes.
