- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter, sauté onions until translucent. Add chicken, cook until golden.
- Stir in flour, cook 1 minute. Gradually add broth, stirring constantly.
- Add vegetables and thyme. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in cream, cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
