Ingredients

- 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately, then gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto prepared sheets, bake 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Notes
- Don’t overbake; cookies should be soft in center when removed
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring
- Store in airtight container up to 5 days
