Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
Raspberry Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons raspberry puree
- 1–2 tablespoons milk, if needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Fold in mashed raspberries.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined. Pipe or spoon batter into donut pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until donuts spring back when touched.
- For glaze, mix powdered sugar with raspberry puree, adding milk if needed. Dip cooled donuts in glaze.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed and drained)
- Don’t overmix the batter to ensure tender donuts
- Donuts are best enjoyed same day but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days
