- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs with butter, press into 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.
- Pour into crust. Bake 60-65 minutes until center is almost set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours.
- Top with warmed caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and pecans.
