Instructions

- Toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Layer the slices in the muffin cups, sprinkling Parmesan between each layer.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are crisp and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
