- 8 oz feta cheese, room temperature
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 tablespoons honey, divided
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, 2 tablespoons honey, and orange juice in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until cranberries burst and form a sauce. Let cool completely.
- In a food processor, blend feta and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add remaining honey, olive oil, and half the orange zest. Pulse until well combined.
- Spread whipped feta mixture in a serving bowl, top with cranberry sauce, fresh thyme leaves, and remaining orange zest.

- Make ahead: Whipped feta can be prepared up to 2 days in advance
