Description

A creamy, cheesy ranch-flavored chicken casserole topped with crispy bacon and cheddar.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini or penne)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9×13 baking dish.
  • Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  • Fold in chicken, half the bacon, 1 cup cheddar, green onions, and pasta.
  • Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
