  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Dice the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
