Description

Decadent cheesecake bars featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake layer, and topped with caramel, pecans, and chocolate drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix graham crumbs with butter, press into lined 9×13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, pour over crust.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely.
  • Top with caramel sauce, pecans, and melted chocolate drizzle. Refrigerate 2 hours.
