  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix flour, brown sugar, and coffee powder. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour over base; swirl with knife.
  • Bake 35 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
