Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the country style ribs; trim excess fat.
- Sauté sliced onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until golden (about 3 minutes).
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place sautéed onions at the bottom of the slow cooker. Stack the ribs on top and pour the sauce mixture over them.
