- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and drained beans. Mix well.
