Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is softened.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in carrots and celery. Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Simmer the Soup: Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook the Macaroni: Stir in macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
