Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the salmon.
  4. Add pineapple chunks around the salmon.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For extra caramelization, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
