- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken breast with Caesar dressing, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in prepared baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle remaining Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes
