Description

Tender, juicy steak bites marinated in Asian-inspired flavors and seared to perfection.


Ingredients

  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Add steak pieces, marinate 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Sear steak bites 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • For best results, bring steak to room temperature before cooking
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan to achieve proper searing
  • Can be served over rice or noodles
