- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour into crust and arrange peach slices on top.
- Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches.
- Bake at 325°F for 75 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
Notes
- Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature for smoother mixing
- Cool completely before refrigerating to prevent cracking
- Can substitute canned peaches if fresh aren’t available
