Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  3. Pour into crust and arrange peach slices on top.
  4. Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 75 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
