  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

For the filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • Zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup each of lemon and lime juice
  • 1 cup sour cream

For the topping:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Combine graham crackers, pistachios, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in citrus zest, juices, and sour cream.
  • Pour into crust and bake at 325°F for 60 minutes until edges are set but center slightly jiggles.
  • Cool completely, then top with cherries, pistachios, and a drizzle of honey.
