- 3 large eggs

- 1/4 cup each of lemon and lime juice
- 1 cup sour cream

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine graham crackers, pistachios, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in citrus zest, juices, and sour cream.
- Pour into crust and bake at 325°F for 60 minutes until edges are set but center slightly jiggles.
- Cool completely, then top with cherries, pistachios, and a drizzle of honey.
