- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and five spice powder.
