  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  4. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar, then layer over the cheesecake filling in the pan.
  5. For the crumble topping, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and optional nuts with melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
