  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Cheesecake:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in cocoa powder, food coloring, vanilla, and sour cream until well combined.
  • Pour mixture over crust and bake at 325°F for 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Top with fresh strawberries and brush with warmed strawberry jam. Pipe whipped cream around edges before serving.
