  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • Fresh herbs (basil or mint for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
