- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak bites generously with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over high heat.
- Sear steak bites in batches until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, then stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Return steak to pan, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Use room temperature steak for even cooking
- Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing
- For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan, not pre-grated
