Description

Tender, juicy steak bites seared in garlic butter and served with a rich, velvety Parmesan cream sauce. This restaurant-quality dish comes together quickly for an impressive weeknight dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season steak bites generously with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Sear steak bites in batches until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, then stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
  • Return steak to pan, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use room temperature steak for even cooking
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing
  • For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan, not pre-grated
