Cajun Chicken Pasta is a vibrant and flavorful dish that brings the essence of Louisiana cuisine straight to your kitchen. This easy recipe combines tender chicken breasts seasoned with zesty Cajun spices, perfectly cooked pasta, and a creamy sauce that coats every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. Sauté bell peppers and onions in the same skillet for about 5 minutes until softened; add minced garlic last minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; stir to combine into a thick sauce.
  5. Add sliced chicken and cooked pasta back into the skillet; mix until well-coated in the sauce. Heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
