  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until combined. Fold in melted chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 30 minutes before cooling completely on a wire rack. Top with additional marshmallows and chocolate chips before serving.
