  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Brown cubed beef in batches for about 3 minutes per side. Remove from pot.
  3. Add carrots and potatoes to the pot, then return browned beef.
  4. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
  5. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before releasing remaining steam.
  6. If desired, thicken stew with cornstarch mixed with water after cooking.
