Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 9×13 baking dish.
- Mix soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings in large bowl.
- Stir in chicken, broccoli, rice, and half the cheese.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months
- Fresh or frozen broccoli works well
