  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and thyme.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over it.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature, basting once halfway through.
