- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and thyme.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature, basting once halfway through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
