  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then blend in melted white chocolate and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Fold in sour cream and vanilla until just combined. Pour over crust.
