- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then blend in melted white chocolate and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream and vanilla until just combined. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
