- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in 1/3 cup heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
- For the ganache, microwave chocolate chips and 1/4 cup heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
