  • 1 cup green cabbage (finely chopped)

  • 20 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare filling by draining and pressing tofu for 15 minutes. Crumble into a bowl.
  2. Mix in cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil; stir until well combined.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, moisten edges with water, fold over, and pinch to seal.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. Cook dumplings without overcrowding until golden brown on one side (3-4 minutes).
  7. Add 1/4 cup water to the skillet, cover immediately, and steam for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
