- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the creamy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
