Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the creamy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
