Succulent lobster tails basted in garlic-herb butter, seared to perfection for a restaurant-quality seafood experience at home.

- 4 (6-8 oz) lobster tails
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butterfly lobster tails: Cut lengthwise through top of shell; pull meat up through shell.
- Melt butter with garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat until foamy.
- Season lobster with salt and pepper; place meat-side down in skillet.
- Sear 3-4 minutes until golden; flip and baste with butter 3-4 minutes more.
- Finish with parsley and lemon juice.
Notes
- Choose cold-water lobster tails for best flavor
- Let tails reach room temperature before cooking
- Don’t overcook – meat should be opaque and firm
