For the Brownie Base:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

For the Cheesecake Swirl:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make brownie batter: Whisk melted butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Make cheesecake mixture: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix until creamy.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture on top. Scatter blackberries evenly.
- Using a knife, gently swirl the mixtures together to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
