- 1 lb salmon, skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season salmon cubes with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each salmon cube in flour, then egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
- Place coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a small bowl, mix the bang bang sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Toss the crispy salmon bites in the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha sauce to the bang bang sauce.
- Serve with a side of fresh vegetables or your favorite dipping sauce.
